Trade and Technical (T&T) licensure is issued through the Utah State Office of Education . See the USOE application for compliance with the T&T requirements. 3. Complete four registrations of the following: TTE 291R. 4. Complete one course from the following: Math 110, 111. 5. Complete the Professional Education Component: 1. Complete the following: CPSE 402. Sc Ed 350, 353, 379. TTE 276R, 377, 378. Note: Fingerprinting and FBI clearance must be completed prior to enrolling in TTE 377R. 2.
