The Creative Writing Program at Indiana University in Bloomington offers a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree in fiction and poetry. The M.F.A. is a three-year, 60 credit hour program designed as a terminal degree for the student whose goal is a career as a professional writer or teacher of creative writing at the college level.
