Wine Studies Wine Evaluation and Service from Santa Rosa Junior College is a Campus Associate Viticulture degree that prepares you for a Agriculture career. Program Requirements: The Wine Studies major, Wine Evaluation and Service program emphasis, gives students a thorough understanding of wines produced locally, regionally, and internationally. Students learn the components of tasting wines, judging wines , and pairing wines with different foods.
