The objective of this course is to prepare students for entry-level employment and/or to provide supplementary training for persons previously or currently employed in this occupational area. The program is a combinations of theory and hands-on laboratory activities. The design is consistent with A+ technology, which is nationall recognized as an industry-wide standard level of competency in servicing PCs and PC peripherals. Successful completion to this program will enable students to become certified as A+ Certified Service Technicians.
