Vocational training in fire fighting minimum standards is offered in two 225-hour modules for persons interested in pursuing a career in the fire service. Students who have received a State of Florida Fire Fighting certificate and minimum standards training consisting of at least 360-clock hours may request credit for FFP 1000. Qualified students who have received technical or vocational training from the Florida State Fire College may receive course waiver for those courses identified through the Articulation Agreement.
