Subjects taught: Anatomy, Bacteriology, Blow Dry, Setting, Braiding, Coloring, Facial, Salon Management, Manicuring, Orientation, Perms, Products, Scalp Treatments, Shampooing, Shaping (cutting), Hair Styling , Theory and Thermal Wave. Hairdressing Two (HR2) 12 weeks day, 23 weeks evening, Prerequisite HR1 Continuing to polish the skills learned in Hairdressing One, heavily supervised clinic experiences help students gain confidence and agility. Subjects: continuation of subjects in HR1. Hairdressing Clinic One and Two (HRC1 & HRC2) HRC1: 12 weeks day, 22 weeks evening, Prerequisite HR1 & HR2 HRC2: 14 weeks day, 26 weeks evening, Prerequisite HRC1 Hairdressing Clinics provide students with clinical experiences (working on people). Each student must complete a minimum of twelve weeks in the hairdressing clinic during the day, or twenty-two weeks in the evening class. Students are graded on the following services: Blow Dry, Brow Arching, Facials, Fingerwaving, Haircoloring, Hairstyling, Make-Up Applications, Manicures, Permanents, Scalp Treatments, Shampoo and Theory.
