Asian Studies from Case Western Reserve University is a Campus Bachelor Area Studies degree that prepares you for a Liberal Arts career. The major in Asian Studies consists of two tracks. Students choose one of the two tracks. Track 1 requires a minimum of 37 credit hours and includes an Asian language requirement. Track 2, which does not require study of an Asian language, can only be taken as a second major. Both tracks require ASIA 133 and ASIA 134, and additional hours chosen from a list of approved courses available from a Program advisor. Students prepare a program of study, indicating specific course selections to meet the requirements for the chosen track. A Program advisor must approve a student's program of study.
