Upon completion, students will be eligible for certification through the American Culinary Federation and be qualified to operate individual businesses as personal chefs to a varied client base. Graduates are prepared to: Operate as in-home personal chefs for hire to clients Provide on-site small event catering service Prepare and package meals for specified, weekly meal plans Work with clients to provide individualized meal plans for special dietary needs Credentialing After successfully completing the certificate program, and operating a personal chef service for a minimum of one year, students are eligible to apply for certification through the American Culinary Federation.
