Our goals in the program are to develop students as critical thinkers, problem solvers, and team players. The Hospitality Management Program at CSI uses materials from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association as well as the Manager First program from the National Restaurant Association. Students who successfully complete these courses earn globally recognized certificates from both associations, in addition to college credits applicable toward an Associates Degree .
