The cooperative program, which is taught by qualified Early Childhood Education instructors from CBC, enables parents through observation, involvement, and discussion to enhance their parenting skills while the children experience a quality hands-on learning environment. The program helps parents learn to create nurturing and stimulating environments because the first five years are critical to a child's brain development.
