General Entrance Requirements The student should be able to lift up to 70 pounds; walk, stand, ?be on your feet", bend, squat and ascend and descend ladders. Instructional Equipment Instructional equipment includes, but is not limited to, hand-trucks and dollies, industrial lift trucks (manual and powered), storage racks and pallet loads, steel shelving, scales, carton sealing equipment, stretch wrap and banding equipment, rolling safety ladders, carton cutting tools, pry bars, calculators, computer systems, and electronic devices used for bar codes, scanning, automatic identification and tracking of products and materials. Employment Opportunities This program prepares students for employment in a variety of entry-level positions in both the manufacturing and service industries.
