The academic requirements of the Dual/Joint programs are more than sufficient to assure graduates licensure in New York State as Professional Engineers. The bachelor's degree from CCNY is fully recognized by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and is registered as licensurequalifying by the New York State Department of Education. Students who need additional skill development in reading, writing, mathematics, and communication will be required to take basic skills and/or ESL courses.
