Students must complete a departmental application before being admitted to the program and attain sophomore standing. Mission The Department of Public Health seeks to prepare students for positions in health systems management, community health education and health sciences (pre-professional) through practical experience and education.The Department provides the highest quality of undergraduate education based on excellence in teaching, applied research, and services. Objectives 1. To provide a diverse and academically sound Public Health program which equips students with knowledge, research, and current practices in the field of public health . 2.
