Finally, cognitive information is presented which deals with aspects of deaf culture and the phenomenon of deafness itself. The Sign Language Interpretation Program (SLIP) is a selective access program and admission is based on passing the Proficiency in American Sign Language Exam (PACE), which is administered by the SLIP staff.
