Available emphases include: woodwind/brass/percussion, strings, piano (vocal, wind/brass/percussion, or strings), vocal, and elementary/general. Bachelor of Music in Performance - 126-139 credit hours. Available emphases include: wind/brass/percussion/strings, piano, organ, and voice. Bachelor of Arts in Music - 120-131 credit hours. A minimum of 34 credits in music are required. Each student must complete 10 hours of a modern language and 21 free electives. Minor in Music - 20 credit hours. May be combined with any other major on campus except the Bachelor of Music. Minor in Music Technology - 21 credit hours. May be combined with any other major on campus. Master of Liberal Studies (Music) - 31 credit hours. Students with an interest in music may customize up to 18 hours of study in graduate music courses.
