Admission into the OT professional school is very competitive. A minimum grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale is required. Most admission committees do NOT disregard grades made in repeated classes. Two verification forms must be completed that document volunteer/observation or employment for 8-clock hours in a psychiatric setting. Three letters of reference are required. One must be from a college instructor who has taught the applicant in a class.
