FSCC is one of the few institutions in the nation where students can a one-year Certificate in Environmental Technology . The Department currently offers six areas of concentration: Water Plant Operation Water Distribution System Operation Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation Wastewater Collection System Operation Utilities Maintenance Utilities Management When a student completes one full semester in Environmental Technology he/she will receive a Certificate of Completion for that particular area of concentration. A student must complete any two ET areas of concentration for a 1-year Environmental Technology Certificate .
