Program Description The AET program consists of 66 credits (23 credits are specific to the track). It is offered year-round. Program Outcomes Graduates of any of the specialty tracks within the Applied Engineering Technology program will be able to: Communicate effectively with people inside the corporation as well as external customers using a variety of communication methods including writing (paper and e-mail), speaking, and listening to communicate business information. Work cooperatively with others on a team to share information, resolve conflict and make decisions in all aspects of AET operations. Appreciate the need for continuous lifelong learning. Exhibit ethical, responsible and dependable behavior. Understand the basic concepts of different manufacturing environments. Successfully identify, initiate, and create change within an organization.
