The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is a concentrated option, consisting of 4 graduate-level HR courses. The certificate is an option for HR professionals or professionals in other fields who already possess graduate degrees , or who need to update their skills and training. The master's degree prepares students for their first HR management positions, and consists of 12 graduate-level courses in human resource management, information systems, organizational behavior and change, sustainable human systems, and law.
