We are most effective when we are fully aware, so we strive to be self-aware while being fully present with our clients. We will respect and work within the diverse life experiences and values that our clients bring to us. Reconciliation: We believe that we were created for relationship and have a need for healthy attachment. We will work toward reconciliation in the relationships of our clients. When reconciliation is not possible we will help our clients work toward forgiveness. Community: Because of our need for healthy attachment, we grow best with the support and challenge (accountability) of a community. Both scripture and research support the truth that people grow and sustain growth with appropriate social support.
