Graduates can pursue employment in local and state law enforcement, probation, parole, the custody and treatment of adult and youthful offenders, and private, commercial, and industrial security. Although the job market for lawyers is highly competitive, a Bureau of Labor Statistics report noted that salaried jobs can be found in government, corporations, utility companies, real estate agencies, banks, or nonprofit organizations.
