Individuals seeking initial admission to any departmental program must complete both a School of Graduate Studies and Research application and a departmental application. Once all application materials (including completed application forms, two letters of recommendation, transcripts, and GRE scores for the aptitude portion of the exam only) have been received, the school psychology program committee will review applications and select applicants for interviews. Following these interviews, the committee will forward to the School of Graduate Studies and Research recommendations regarding admission into the program. The School of Graduate Studies and Research, in turn, will communicate an admission decision to the applicant. Admission to the program is based upon an evaluation of undergraduate and graduate transcripts, recommendations, GRE test scores, work history, professional goals, and personal characteristics as determined in the admission interview.
