Great emphasis is placed on establishing local, independent Baptist churches at home and abroad. Purposes The purposes of the missions program at International Baptist College are the following: 1. To reveal spiritual needs worldwide. 2. To inculcate teaching on the primacy of the local church. 3. To contrast teaching of biblical Christianity with world religions. 4. To develop a burden for home and foreign missions . 5. To challenge laborers for the harvest field.
