In addition to hosting regular Spanish conversation groups, Vecinos coordinates a Spanish-language film series, off-campus excursions to Hispanic-related events, Latin dance classes, and monthly talks by faculty. Our language center also provides Spanish newscasts, online practice exercises, and a plethora of online resources to help you enhance your own Spanish study. The Spanish club, IC Muevete, offers even more learning and social opportunities, Spanish complements many fields of study and future careers. Several of our students have been chosen by the Spanish embassy to become teachers of English in public schools in Spain.
