The curriculum includes courses in adult medical/surgical nursing, obstetrics, pediatrics, psychiatric nursing, professional nursing practice and pharmacology. Upon successful completion of the program, the student is eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurse. The nursing courses combine theory with the opportunity to apply knowledge in the laboratory, in hospitals, and health-related agencies.
