Occupational completion points: A - Electrician Helper ? 300 Hours B - Residential Electrician ? 450 Hours C - Commercial Electrician ? 450 Hours D - Industrial Electrician -- 300 Hours (optional = 1500-hour program) Program Content This program has a planned sequence of instruction consisting of a core and a total of three occupational completion points (OCP), with an option of one additional OCP to become an industrial electrician . The recommended sequence allows students to complete specific portions of the program for employment or to remain for advanced training. A student who completes the applicable competencies at any OCP may either continue with the training program or terminate as a completer.
