This degree provides the maximum flexibility in program design leading to the Associate of Arts Degree. Social Science This area of emphasis will provide the student with an introduction to the study of social behavior, social institutions, and methodologies common to the social sciences. This area of emphasis in General Studies prepares students for entry-level careers in law, government, social work and teaching.
