Students concentrate in one of two areas: Merchandising or Apparel Production and Design. Merchandising combines an overview of the apparel and textiles industry, consumer behavior, and product knowledge with an understanding of business principles. Apparel Production and Design emphasizes the design and production process from inception to finished product and its ultimate sale to the consumer.
