These may be timeless problems like the meaning of life and death, or issues of contemporary urgency like terrorism. All courses in the program have been designed to ?cultivate our humanity.? Students can earn graduate credit for program-sponsored Travel Study. A Creative Writing emphasis is also available with classes in Fiction and non-Fiction Writing, Screenplays, Memoir, The Graphic Novel and more. The Master of Arts in Humanities is a 31-unit program in which the final course constitutes an original contribution to human knowledge.
