Entering candidates will be accepted conditionally for two semesters. At the end of two semesters, a committee will determine the student?s acceptance or rejection for further pursuit of the applied degree by means of a jury and an interview. In all cases, the audition committee will consist of at least four music faculty to be selected by the chair in consultation with the applied instructor. At least two members of the jury committee are to be related to the candidate?s field (woodwind, brass, strings, percussion, keyboard, or voice).
