The Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) provides comprehensive preparation in leadership and management within the nonprofit sector. The curriculum follows the guidelines of the Nonprofit Academic Careers Council, and focuses on practical applications of core competencies that leading nonprofit executives have stated are critical for effective leadership. The MNA requires 18 courses, or 36 semester hours, consisting of 13 core courses and five electives. All courses are two semester hours, and a minimum of 12 of the 18 courses required for graduation must be taken at North Park University . Students with prior academic coursework in nonprofit management may have some courses waived. Additional Value You may complete graduate certificate programs as part of your MNA in order to concentrate your studies within the degree Take elective courses through the SBNM or approved courses from other graduate partner programs at North Park University. As a graduate of the MNA program, you will be eligible for the SBNM???s Lifetime Learning program, which allows you to take graduate SBNM courses at a 50% tuition discount for the rest of your life.
