The certificate option provides the necessary knowledge and skill to enter the rapidly growing industry of Enology as either an entrepreneur or a skilled worker for an established winery. The courses cover the requisite science and practical knowledge necessary to enter the industry upon completion. Students will master topics such as cultivar selection, soil preparation, cellar establishment and maintenance, and grape processing.
