Proficiency in design concepts, orthographic projection, dimensioning practices, and blueprint reading. 4. Knowledge of reading and operating precision measuring devices and the ability to apply SPC practices to various processes within the plastics industry. 5. Knowledge of the physics of fluids, components, troubleshooting and design applications for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 6. Basic knowledge of the injection molding process and the ability to establish a production intent process and troubleshoot various defects. 7. Basic knowledge of the various properties associated with plastics and ability to perform functional tests used to determine properties. 8.
