This program is available at both the Rockland and New York City Campuses. The co-curricular programs of Nyack College will seek to augment formal course work by encouraging the development of wholesome spiritual values, the spirit of prayer and evangelism, and the vision essential to Christian ministry. Two semesters of weekly Christian Service ministry in church education programs or Bible class teaching are required. Student Learning Goals By graduation, the Christian Work major should: Be able to research and write college level papers and projects. Know the central themes of the Old and New Testaments and the historic doctrines of Protestant orthodoxy. Be able to glean principles for living from the Bible and apply them to contemporary life.
