Program Overview The Radiologic Technology program at Collins Career Center is a four (4) semester, two (2) year program. Students attend twenty-four (24) consecutive months with a summer break during the month of July. Students graduate in December of each year and are awarded a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the program, and are eligible to sit for the National Registry Exam for Radiologic Technologists. Success in passing this exam bring students to a Registered Radiologic Technologist status. Didactic classes begin with the spring semester in January each year. Clinical instruction will begin with the fall semester in August of the first year. Students are given a didactic/clinical schedule at the beginning of the program. Graduation (Certificate) Repuirements: The student must achieve a 75%, C, or above in each didactic course comprising the curriculum of the program.
