Three years are completed in an accredited undergraduate program of which at least the last year is taken in residence at Oakwood University. 2. The general education requirements for a bachelor\'s degree are taken at Oakwood University . 3. Proof is provided from a professional school of medicine, dentistry, or optometry of successful completion of the required 12 months at the respective professional school. The B.S. in Natural Sciences is the only degree awarded to such students regardless of their specific major pursued while in undergraduate school.
