In doing so, we will address the employment and specific healthcare needs of rural, southwest Virginia, and the Commonwealth. These individuals will exhibit the highest standards of ethical behaviors and competence. The mission of the Nutrition and Dietetics Program extends the missions of the University and College, by preparing professionals to serve the public through the promotion of optimal nutrition, health and well-being.
