It is important to note that for those students who may decide to pursue a four year degree in the future and possibly a long term career in Accounting , that their A.A.S. degree in Accounting is comprised of many of the education requirements mandated by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy that enables one to sit for the C.P.A. examination. Through both traditional and creative approaches to teaching, which include Service Learning, we encourage in our students the capacity to learn, willingness to accept constructive criticism, self-discipline, good study and practice habits, communication, self-motivation and esteem, intellectual curiosity and a team work ethic and leadership.
