Apply evidenced-based theoretical frameworks to understand individual development and behavior across life span, between individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Analyze, formulate, and/or influence social policies at the federal, state, and or tribal levels. Evaluate and apply research skills and studies to practice. Evaluate effectiveness of practice. Demonstrate professional writing and or speaking skills. Use supervision and consultation appropriate to social work practice. Seek necessary organizational change.
