Whether you wish to pursue a career in advertising, journalism, public relations or a related communications field, studying at San Jos? State University will combine attention to established principles with hands-on experience. You will work in multimedia teams to produce media products for the variety of platforms used in the communications industry. Our program offers a research track leading to a thesis and a professional track leading to a multimedia project. Courses in both tracks are taught mostly in the evening to accommodate students holding daytime jobs. Those who are able to study full time may finish in three semesters if they arrive with some multimedia skills.
