Through this 120-credit program, you?ll earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management . The curriculum offers three tracks: human capital management (focuses on compensation, managing diversity and leveraging human capital and knowledge); executive management (explores areas such as the principles of supervision and executive control, leadership and negotiation); and entrepreneurship (concentrates on innovation and entrepreneurship within large and small business settings). A management major prepares you for both entry-level and long-range advancement.
