Program Outcomes Demonstrate operational knowledge of domestic and international air travel, including industry and governmental agencies, airport identifiers, scheduling protocol, and develop the skills of a professional dispatcher. Demonstrate ability to apply dispatching knowledge by exceeding the Federal Aviation Administration mandated written and oral exam minimum scores and earn the rights and privileges of a dispatching certificate.
