PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES Upon successful completion of the AAS Nursing degree, students will: Use critical thinking skills to apply the nursing process in caring for patients and their families by identifying, developing, implementing, evaluating and documenting a plan of care utilizing appropriate technology. Demonstrate the ability to function effectively in a collaborative multicultural environment utilizing effective interpersonal communications, both written and verbal. Serve as role models by demonstrating professional and ethical conduct, specifically; (1) positive conflict management and leadership skills, (2) responsibility for lifelong learning, and (3) participation in professional organizations or community activities.
