In addition to telecommunications , networking, and operating systems, students in the program are introduced to CAD (Computer-Aided Design), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), web design, electrical concepts, and media types, including fiber optics and radio frequency. Graduates of the program will gain experience in the following: technical skills in connectivity systems management, including LAN and WAN concepts; problem-solving, using structured logic and mathematics skills; and written and verbal communications skills.
