Internship and portfolio courses are designed to prepare graduates for interviewing with collections of their best work. Graduates of the Fashion Design program are prepared for entry-level career opportunities such as assistant fashion designer; pattern cutter/grader; alteration tailor; and assistant costume designer. Advanced positions attainable after industry experience is gained include fashion designer; product development manager; garment manufacturing supervisor; wardrobe specialist and costume designer.
