Education from The Master's College and Seminary is a Campus Master Education Science degree that prepares you for a Education career. The Master of Arts in Education (MAE) is an on-going program available to students who have completed their undergraduate degree and hold a current teaching credential. It provides opportunity for developing "a life of lasting contribution as evidenced by a continuing development of professional expertise," as stated in the institutional mission statement. The MAE program is grounded in: Biblical doctrine Theory and knowledge base of teacher education, especially as evidenced in the Teaching Performance Expectations California State adopted academic content standards All classes require students to use content standards and state adopted curriculum materials, and all lessons are based on these materials and standards. All coursework for the program will be taught at the College's campus in Santa Clarita, California. The currently offered courses that support the credential program are taught on a normal fall/spring semester basis. The additional coursework specifically designed for the MAE program will be offered as a part of the College's Summer Intensive Program (SIP) that takes place during the first three weeks of July each year. Courses will include pre and post assignments as well as attendance during one week per course on campus. Three courses will be scheduled each summer.
