As a student, you need not wait until you graduate to put your knowledge, research and skills to use-if you choose to do an internship rather than a thesis, your internship work will involve you in the community. Situated in a prime location, you will have access to abundant research and internship opportunities in Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, and the surrounding region. The on-campus Institute for Teaching and Research on Women (ITROW), founded in 1990, provides even more opportunities for graduate students to research women's issues and promote public education about women.
