Exhibit a knowledge of the philosophy, religious ideas, and problems of the contemporary world as the setting of his ministry. The student should develop a true Christian worldview. 5. Acquire the skills of proper sermon preparation and delivery, and the importance of spiritual anointing. 6. Have an acquaintance with the history, theology, and methods of evangelism and missions. The student should be able to do the work of an evangelist, present the gospel in personal witnessing, teach the Bible in small group settings, demonstrate the ability to preach evangelistically from the pulpit, and organize efforts for community evangelism and a local church missionary program.
