Capital graduates are leaders at the interdisciplinary frontier of health care. Graduate students can choose from four concentrates and three dual degrees . Our graduate program: * Builds on the undergraduate competencies with a graduate core curriculum. * Extends the planning and delivery of interdisciplinary education. * Provides opportunity for interdisciplinary learning with graduate students in business administration, law and seminary programs within a service-learning context. * Prepares nurses for mid- and upper-level practice and leadership positions in acute, chronic and community-based health care systems. * Offers course work to business administration, law and seminary students who elect a focus in health care systems. Four Concentrates are Available 1. Administration (with Capital's School of Management) Completion of this concentrate provides the requisite course work for certification in Advanced Nursing Administration through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). 2. Legal Studies (with Capital's Law School) 3. Nursing Education Completion of this concentrate prepares nurses for education roles in either collegiate or health care settings. 4.
