Curriculum Description The Practical Nursing curriculum prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide nursing care to children and adults. Collect data for groups of clients regarding changes in health status and identified needs. 3. Correlate data in a logical manner, the RN to develop nursing diagnosis. 4. Monitor the effectiveness of care for a group of clients. 5. Provide caring behaviors and nursing actions that assist clients in meeting their needs in diverse settings. 6. Reinforce teaching and collect data regarding the progress toward identified learning outcomes of a group of clients. 7. Assist the RN to evaluate the effectiveness of care for a group of clients. 8. Collaborate with the client, significant others and healthcare team members to achieve client and organizational outcomes. 9. Coordinate with supervision of the RN the implementation of the plan of care for a group of clients. 10.
